Becky Stabber and The Patchwork Family fashion collective perform an intervention led by Shaheen Falcon in Utrecht Public Library. The intervention activates a lettering action from the BLASTINGDIENST: 
(https://www.nietmijnaanslag.nl/) reflecting the buildings heritage as a former post office.

The documented footage by a collaborating film maker of the patch work family is part of an ongoing fashion film production series.


At MOIRA they present the documented footage of the intervention as a first draft of the film.

Burkan performs a live Audio Visual set at MOIRA as a closing act.

The set of Burkan plays a key rule in illustrating the concept of the libraries being a loud archive. Presenting a sonic and visual erruption of material from Palestine. As drones carry the DJ set from industrial beats to revolutionary chants, from dreamscapes to Ataba, and Mawal,The visuals accompaying the set projects a collection of mesmerizing online material around and in palestine often censored by meta, from raw phone footage to archival documented media.

Art is Illegal, Cultural workers are censored, Voices are muted. concerned with the current political reality and curated by an anonymous bird, 'Libraries Are Not Supposed To Be Quiet' is a public intervention program and a sonic archive. Not a space for paranoia but rather a common ground where we can research, prepare, speculate and build backup plans for when it gets worse even if it's in the realm of the "imaginary". From durational rituals, to public interventions and live actions, the concept and title serves as a reminder: Archives Are Loud, it aims to perform and activate existing knowledge, hiding in plain sight. Sustaining a loud echo in the public sphere while the world moves on. .
